Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard,Discover,Government purchase orders, as well as payment by check, money order (CHECKS MUST CLEAR PRIOR TO SHIPMENT).
RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 RETURNED CHECK FEE + THE AMOUNT THE CHECK WAS WRITTEN FOR AS WELL AS, POSSIBLE PROSECUTION AND REPORTING TO CREDIT AGENCIES.

Our Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges: Only CLEAN unworn and unwashed items (in original packaging if applicable) will be accepted ,unless defective. Items for return or exchange must be declared within 10 days of receipt of item. Please contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number prior to return. Returns will not be accepted or processed with out an RMA number. Shipping charges are to be paid by the purchaser unless item is defective Call for info. Returns, not exchanges, are subject to a ten percent restocking fee. Special orders are returnable with a 15% restocking fee, condition must be as stated above. We reserve the option to repair or replace defective items. Sly Gear is not responsible for any damages resulting in the use or misuse of the products offered through this web site. Ordering / Questions / Shipping Information
Shipping is done as soon as possible, most orders within 24 hours of processing. Items that are back ordered are shipped as soon as possible. If for instance you have ordered several items and one is back ordered, Sly Gear will hold your order to ship all together OR may ship your order in two shipments at our cost. Priority Mail ship times are an estimate from the United States Postal service. Delays such as weather, Holidays and Weekends are not included in their estimate. If you live in a rural area you may experience a delay of one extra day. All Priority Mail shipments and most Parcel Post have Delivery Confirmation added into the shipping price, this is shown in your shopping cart prior to your confirmation/check out.
